Overwhelmed by the culture of  more, newest, the most original, the hyper accessible.
I find happiness in the simplicity of Nature, in the emptiness of places where human are absent.
In Nature I see the beauty, the strength, the resilience, the eternity, the tenderness, the calm, the energy.
Overwhelmed by the social filling up with information, objects, contacts, and news.
I feel the need of emptying my life and my mind and look, stay still, listen, breathe.




Antidotes against the contemporary state of confusion, neurosis and bulimia .
